Our Story

RD Renovations was founded by Mark Reiland and Tim Durant in New Prague, Minnesota. Together they bring more than 40 combined years of experience in real estate, renovation, and painting — a background that shapes everything about how we work.
Years of buying, selling, and improving properties taught them what actually adds value to a home, what stands the test of Minnesota winters, and — just as important — what homeowners need from a contractor: straight answers, dependable schedules, and work that's done right the first time.
Today, RD serves homeowners and commercial clients across New Prague and southern Minnesota with renovations, repairs, and interior and exterior painting — with Mark and Tim personally involved in every project.
